•A non refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments; it will be applied to service. You may reschedule you appt one time with same deposit after which a new deposit will be required. •24h notice is required for all cancellations unless I am contacted and it is agreed upon otherwise •Cancellations within 24h will be charged a 25% cancellation fee on top of the non-refundable deposit; no shows will be charged 50% for the service and must pay 100% of next service in order to rebook. •There will be a 10min grace period to arrive at your appt, after 10min there is a $10 late fee. After 15min or if you are late with no communication your appt will be cancelled and another deposit will be required to book. •If you must cancel or reschedule your appt, your non refundable deposit may be transferred to your next appt within a two week period, after two weeks a new deposit is required. •Consent forms must be filled out prior to appt unless agreed upon early arrival for a consultation; forms must be returned the morning of/night before the appt at the latest. •Due to the nature of the consent forms, if an appt is booked for 7-9a the following day after closing hours, it is subject to approval •If for whatever reason you arrive at your appointment and you have a contraindication that prevents me from performing your service, your deposit will be transferred to your next accommodating appt unless another service is agreed upon as an alternative. •Unfortunately, due to nature of the studio, I currently cannot allow extra guests Thanks besti🤞🏾
